Established in 1964, Samarth Mahavidyalaya has consistently progressed towards academic distinction and institutional excellence. As we advance toward our Platinum Jubilee year, we continue to strengthen our commitment to quality education and student development.
The college offers comprehensive programs in Arts, Commerce, and Science, currently serving approximately 1,500 students. Accredited twice by NAAC with Grade 'B' (CGPA 2.57), we are steadily striving toward achieving Grade 'A' in the upcoming accreditation cycle.
Our guiding vision, "Shilam Param Bhushanam" (Character is the highest virtue), and mission, "Param Vaibhavam Netumetat Swarashtram" (To lead the nation towards supreme glory), inspire all our academic and co-curricular initiatives.
We emphasize holistic development through NCC, NSS, Sports, and various student-centric programs. Our library, enriched with over 40,000 books and journals, serves as a strong academic foundation. Additionally, nearly 75% of our faculty members hold Ph.D. degrees, ensuring quality teaching and research excellence.
